/// Why it is different
Most Church Training Is a Video.This Is a Program.
01 //
Taught by people who have done the job
Built by Risk Strategy Group: a former federal agent and a former SWAT sniper and police sergeant who have run hundreds of security assessments and trained teams across the country.
02 //
Protection grounded in scripture
A theology of protection runs through the program, written by a Ph.D. in theological studies who served as a senior pastor for more than a decade. It is what makes a safety team a ministry.
03 //
Every training on record
When a volunteer finishes a course, it goes on their training record automatically. Nobody types it in, nobody loses a sign-in sheet, and you can pull it up any time you need it.
04 //
Training your leads can manage
Leads see who is current, who is due soon, and who has lapsed. Reminders go out before training expires, and the schedule warns you before you put someone on a post they are not trained for.

/// Questions
About the Training.
Can volunteers take the courses on their phone?+
Yes. Courses play in any phone or computer browser. Volunteers sign in with the invite their team lead sends them.
Does training expire?+
Your church decides. Each requirement has its own renewal schedule, from once to every few months. RSG recommends yearly, and reminders go out before anything lapses.
Is the training only for armed team members?+
No. Greeters, parking, medical, and children's ministry volunteers all have training that fits their role. Your church decides who needs what.
Will this satisfy our insurance carrier?+
No software can promise that, and we will not. Church Response is built around what church insurance carriers commonly ask about: written policies, training records, background check tracking, drills, and who was on duty. It helps you keep those records organized and current. Your carrier decides what it requires, so check your policy.
Can we buy the training without the rest of the platform?+
Request a demo and we will talk through what fits your church. Training is part of Church Response, and it works best alongside the scheduling and records.
