Keep the record.

Most Safety Teams Run on a Group Textand Memory.
Who's on this Sunday gets worked out in a group text. Who took CPR, and when, lives in someone's head. Nobody is sure who has radio 3. If there is a written plan at all, it is in a binder nobody has opened in a year.
That works until the day it doesn't, or until your insurance carrier asks what training your team has had. Church Response replaces the group text and the guesswork with one system built for how church teams actually operate.

Safety team leads
Stop chasing people and paperwork.
- See who is on this Sunday and which posts are still open.
- Know who is current on training before you put them on a post.
- Reminders go out before training lapses, so you are not the one chasing them.
- Policies, schedules, and records in one place instead of five.
Team members
Know where to be and what to do.
- Your shifts, your post, and your arrive-by time, with a reminder the night before.
- Say yes or find a sub from your phone. No login needed for email requests.
- Check out a radio and go on duty in one tap.
- Your training status and the policies you need, when you need them.
Church leadership and insurers
See the program, not just hear about it.
- Training records, drills, and duty history kept in one place and easy to export.
- Organized around what church insurance carriers commonly ask about.
- Written policies with a record of who has signed off.
- Every change logged, so the record can be trusted.
/// What it does
One System.Sunday Morning to Monday Paperwork.
01 //
On duty in one tap
Grab radio 3 off the charger, tap check in, and you're on duty. Leads see the team on a live map. Anyone on duty can call for help or start a lockdown response in two taps.
Phone app, early access
02 //
Scheduling that knows who is qualified
Set your services up once. Leads fill posts from a list that flags expired training and who is out of town. Volunteers answer from an email or the app, no login needed. Swap requests only go to people who can take the post.
03 //
Training and compliance
Set your church's requirements once, from CPR to firearms qualification. The grid shows who is current, due, or expired, and reminders go out to the volunteer and the team lead before anything lapses. Online courses are built in, and finished courses are recorded automatically.
04 //
Policies your team can actually find
Draft your safety policies, approve them, and choose who sees each one. Your use of force policy goes to the armed team. The greeters see what they need.
05 //
A record that holds up
Every shift, check-in, training record, drill, and change is logged and kept. Pull up who was on the front door on any Sunday and export it when your insurance carrier or your board asks.
06 //
Fits the team you have
Armed team or none, greeters, parking, medical, and children's ministry. Training rules can warn, block, or stay out of the way. Your church sets the standard.

/// Questions
What Churches Ask First.
Does every volunteer have to download an app?+
No. Volunteers can answer schedule requests from an email and see their shifts on the website. The app is for the people on duty.
Our church doesn't have an armed team. Is this still for us?+
Yes. Most teams start with greeters, parking, and a medical team. Nothing in Church Response assumes armed security.
Who can see our church's information?+
Your church's records are kept separate from every other church. Inside your church, volunteers see only what their role allows. Your leads decide who sees each policy.
Will Church Response make us compliant with our insurance?+
No software can promise that, and we will not. Church Response is built around what church insurance carriers commonly ask about: written policies, training records, background check tracking, drills, and who was on duty. It helps you keep those records organized and current. Your carrier decides what it requires, so check your policy.
What does it cost?+
Church Response is priced by your average weekly attendance, from $159 a month for churches under 100. Everything is included at every size, and you can add as many people as you need. The full price list is on the Pricing page.
Is the phone app available now?+
The app is in early access. The website, including scheduling, training records, and documents, is live today.
