About Pricing.
How do you count attendance?+
Your average weekly attendance, all services combined. A good guess is fine.
Do volunteers pay anything?+
No. One subscription covers your whole church. Add as many safety team members, staff, and volunteers as you need.
What costs extra?+
Background checks, once they are available in Church Response, are billed per check at the provider's price. On-site work by Risk Strategy Group, like a security assessment of your building, is priced separately. Everything else is included.
How does the free trial work?+
Every church starts with a live demo. After the demo, we set up your church and you get 30 days free. No card is needed to start.
What is the founding church price?+
The first 10 churches get 25% off their price. They keep it for as long as their subscription never lapses. If it lapses, they come back at the current price.
Will this satisfy our insurance carrier?+
No software can promise that, and we will not. Church Response is built around what church insurance carriers commonly ask about: written policies, training records, background check tracking, drills, and who was on duty. It helps you keep those records organized and current. Your carrier decides what it requires, so check your policy.
